The Bodhisattva looks like a conjured statue. It is not. Netero spent decades in the mountains throwing a single prayer of gratitude, a million repetitions a year, until completing the gesture took him less time than deciding to make it. The statue mirrors that gesture — so the ability is not fast because the construct is powerful, it is fast because the man's hands move before thought does.

That makes it one of the purest Enhancement abilities in the series. Nothing is converted and nothing is materialised in any meaningful sense: Netero enhanced the speed of a motion until the motion was the weapon. The 99 hands and the Zeroth Hand are escalations of the same one idea.
