Who is Feitan Portor?
Feitan, like most Phantom Troupe members, comes from Meteor City. He is small, quiet, and deliberately unsettling — he communicates in fragments, shifts between languages mid-sentence, and shows little emotion beyond irritation when a fight takes longer than expected.
Within the Troupe he serves as torturer — the person called in when information needs to be extracted. He temporarily takes the role of acting leader during the Chimera Ant arc in Chrollo's absence, and his battle against the Chimera Ant Zazan is one of the few times his full Nen ability is shown.
